A new research paper on Cell Structure Design, organizational decentralization and coherent self-organization has arrived. This research is being published as the BetaCodex Network's 20th paper since the network’s foundation in 2008.
For this publication, our founders Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging integrated a wide range of practical findings from two decades of client work around organizational development, transformation and Cell Structure Design. Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging identified a set of 10 patterns that are inseparable from organizational decentralization, coherent self-organization and organizational democracy.
This is the 2nd part of a research paper series: The first paper of the series, Cell Structure Design Patterns, was published in July 2023. That paper elaborates on a different set of ten research findings ("patterns").
