Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging just released a new BetaCodex Network white paper, entitled OpenSpace Beta Patterns. The paper can be read and downloaded free of charge and free of registration from the BetaCodex Network website.
Niels Pflaeging says about the occasion: "The BetaCodex Network releases its 21st research paper today, about patterns in BetaCodex transformations. The paper presents 14 patterns they identified in the extensive transformation work with OpenSpace Beta, undertaken by Red42 during recent years."
Silke Hermann says about OpenSpace Beta Patterns: "In our Beta transformation work with clients, between 2019 and now, Niels and I couldn't help but to observe that some patterns kept returning over and over, during the OpenSpace Beta chapters. We did expect some of the patterns we report upon here, others not. Some of them we consider outright discoveries that should help organizations and their consultants to get going with Beta transformation. And we believe that most of the 14 patterns outlined in this paper will be of interest to practitioners, consultants and researchers alike. They should help to de-bunk false assumptions about change and organizational transformation."
In this short video, Niels Pflaeging explains what led to the publication of this research paper:
