In interview, Niels Pflaeging argues that suffering caused by command-and-control is avoidable

In a new video podcast conversation, Red42 co-founder Niels Pflaeging outlines that "96% of organizations are suffering from command-and-control." Pflaeging adds: "Who's suffering? EVERYONE, including managers who supposedly are be the beneficiaries of top-down management! But to assume that managers come out as winners of hierarchical organizing would be a mistake. Command-and-control only produces losers. Here, managers are also turned into losers. Just like anybody else."
