OpenSpace Beta is a robust approach to transformation capable of bringing about decentralization and coherent self-organization in organizations large and small. All that within a very reasonable amount of time. OpenSpace Beta applies the principles of decentralized self-organization and time-boxing to the transformation process itself. This approach works entirely based on voluntariness and invitation. Open-Space Beta is a free-to-use social technology that is published through the CC-BY-SA license from CreativeCommons. The OpenSpace Beta Practitioner qualification aims at preparing participants for the real-world use of OpenSpace Beta in organizations of all kinds.
